Welcome to VastuKraft! These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of VastuKraft's Website, located at https://www.vastukraft.in.

1. Intellectual Property Rights

a) Trademarks: Customers or partners may not use the company’s logo, trademarks, or trade names without express written authorization.

b) Designs & Plans: All architectural drawings, 3D elevations, and structural designs provided by the company remain the intellectual property of Vastukraft interior and Construction or its partners.

C) Ownership: All architectural designs, 3D models, structural drawings, and software used on the platform are the exclusive property of Vastukraft interior and Construction.

D) Usage Restrictions: You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or reproduce any part of the services or designs provided without express written consent.

E) All rights, title, and interest in and to the Platform and Services, including all intellectual property rights arising out of the Platform and Services, are owned by or otherwise licensed to Vastukraft interior And Construction. Subject to compliance with these Terms, We grant the User a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub licensable, royalty free, revocable, and limited license to use the Platform and Services in accordance with these Terms and its written instructions issued from time to time.

2. Services & Consultations

  • A) Vastu Shastra is a traditional system of architecture. Our services are based on interpretations of these principles.

  • B) No Guarantees: While we strive for accuracy, VastuKraft does not guarantee specific life outcomes (financial, health, or personal) as a result of using our services.

  • 3. User Responsibilities

  • A) You must provide accurate and complete information for consultations.

  • B) You are responsible for the implementation of any Vastu suggestions provided.

  • 4. Refund & Cancellation Policy

  • At Vastukraft Interior And Construction, we strive to provide high-quality Vastu Shastra consultancy, interior design, and construction services. Because our work involves custom planning and labor-intensive projects, our refund policy is structured as follows:

  • make sure Payments made for digital reports, Building Plans, online consultations, 5% Advance Booking Amount are non-refundable once the service has been initiated.

  • A) Consultancy & Digital Services.
    • a) Vastu Consultations: Fees for online or on-site Vastu consultations are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place or the digital report has been delivered.

    • b) Cancellations: If you wish to cancel a scheduled consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours before the appointment to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance may be subject to a 20% processing fee.

    • c) Stagewise Retention: If a project is cancelled, Vastukraft interior and Construction is entitled to retain service fees based on the stage completed.

  • B) Architectural Planning & Plan Sanctioning.
  • a) (PMC/PCMC/PMRDA):Fees paid for government plan sanctioning services are non-refundable once the application has been submitted to the respective authority, as these involve non-refundable government processing fees and professional filing services.

  • b) Initial Design Phase: Once our team begins work on floor plans, 3D renders, or Vastu layouts, the initial deposit or "design fee" is non-refundable, as it covers the professional hours dedicated to your project

    • c) Stagewise Retention: If a project is cancelled, Vastukraft interior and Construction is entitled to retain service fees based on the stage completed.

  • C) Interior Design, And Renovation Work.
      • a) Booking Fees: An initial booking amount 25%-30% is required to cover the design phase, including site surveys and floor plans. This amount is generally non-refundable once work on those designs has begun.

    • b) Initial Design Phase: Once our team begins work on floor plans, 3D renders, or Vastu layouts, the initial deposit or "design fee" is non-refundable, as it covers the professional hours dedicated to your project.

    • C) Revisions: We offer  4 or 5 rounds of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the design before final approval.

    • d) Stagewise Retention: If a project is cancelled, Vastukraft interior and Construction is entitled to retain service fees based on the stage completed.

      • e) Refund Timeline: Valid refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 60 business days after a "Settlement and Release Agreement" is signed.

        • f) Stagewise Retention: If a project is cancelled, Vastukraft interior and Construction is entitled to retain service fees based on the stage completed (e.g., 100% of the design stage fee is retained if the work has been started).

        • g) Project Termination: If a client chooses to terminate a interior and renovation contract mid-project, a final audit will be conducted. The client will be billed for all work completed and materials purchased up to that date.

  • D) Construction & Turnkey Projects.
    • a) Booking Fees: An initial booking amount 5%-10% is required to cover the design phase, including site surveys and floor plans. This amount is generally non-refundable once work on those designs has begun.

    • b) Project Deposits: Booking amounts for "Lock and Key" residential or commercial construction are used to mobilize labor and purchase initial materials. These are non-refundable once site work begins.

    • c) Milestone Payments: Construction is billed in stages (e.g., excavation, footing, Plinth, Slab, Brickwork, plaster, painting and etc). Once a specific milestone is completed and payment is processed, that portion of the fee is non-refundable.

    • d) Project Termination: If a client chooses to terminate a construction contract mid-project, a final audit will be conducted. The client will be billed for all work completed and materials purchased up to that date.

    • E) Service Period: Until a formal cancellation request is received via the registered email, the period is treated as an active "service period.

    • F) Slab-wise Retention: In case of cancellation, the company is entitled to retain fees based on work already performed:

      • G) Onboarding/Digital Survey/Soil Test: Fixed fees 10,000–₹50,000 per activity. A)Floor Plan Stage: 2.5% of total project value (NDV= Non-Discounted Value). B)Structural Drawings: Additional 1% of project value.

      • H) Stagewise Retention: If a project is cancelled, Vastukraft interior and Construction is entitled to retain service fees based on the stage completed (e.g., 100% of the design stage fee is retained if the floor plan has been started).

      • I) Refund Timeline: Valid refunds will be processed via bank transfer within 60 business days after a "Settlement and Release Agreement" is signed.

  • 5. Payment Terms & Financial Terms.

  • a) Booking Amount: A booking fee (typically 5% of project value) is required to initiate the "Design Phase," which includes soil testing, digital surveys, and architectural floor plans. (non-refundable once the service has been initiated.)

  • b) Mode of Payment: All payments must be made through authorized banking channels (Direct Account Transfer/UPI/cash).

  • c) Milestone Payments: Payments are strictly linked to project stages (milestones). Next stage Funds are released to after a each stage is completed and approved.

  • d) Taxes: All payments are subject to applicable taxes (GST, TDS) as per current government regulations.

  • 6. Warranties & Liabilities.

  • a) Service Warranty: We facilitate a 10-year structural warranty against cracks on Rcc Work, Make sure That subject to the terms of the Master Agreement.

  • b) Indemnity: The user agrees to indemnify Vastukraft interior and Construction against any losses, damages, or claims arising from a breach of the contract by the user or the third-party contractors from client.

  • c) Delays: While we use technology to monitor and minimize delays, Vastukraft interior and Construction is not liable for delays caused by extreme weather, unforeseen site conditions, or regulatory hurdles, payment delays or extra Work Increased by the client.

  • 7. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Any controversies, conflicts, disputes, or differences arising out of these Terms shall be resolved by arbitration in Pune in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for the time being in force, which is deemed to be incorporated by reference in this Clause. The tribunal shall consist of 1 (one) arbitrator appointed by Vastukraft interior and Construction. The language of the arbitration shall be English.


  • a) Interpretation/Ambiguity: Vastukraft interior and Construction reserves the exclusive right to interpret any ambiguities in these Terms and Conditions..

  • b) Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of India.

  • c) Jurisdiction: Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune.


  • The parties to the arbitration shall keep the arbitration confidential and not disclose to any person, other than on a need to basis or to legal advisors, unless required to do so by law. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on all the Parties hereto. & Each party to the arbitration shall bear its own costs with respect to any dispute.


  • 8. Fast Delivery

    Service Availability: Express Delivery is available only in Pune. 

    Project Eligibility:

    a) Valid for plot sizes between 1,000 to 3000 square feet.

    b) Maximum built-up area must be less than 3,000 square feet.

    c) Applicable only for buildings with 3 floors or more.

    d) The road width must be 30 feet or more, with allocated space for material storage and a labor shed.

     Design & Approvals:

    a) More than 3 iterations in the design phase will void the express delivery offer.

    b) Permits and documentation (Khata Patta, loan sanction, land approvals, etc.) must be verified before confirming project eligibility.

    c) Approval time for floor plans, structural designs, and work stages will be minimized, but customers can connect with the Vastukraft interior and Construction , SPM, and PM as needed.

    Site Conditions: If any anomaly is found during soil testing or the digital survey, the timeline may be revised accordingly.

    Offer Changes: Vastukraft interior And Construction reserves the right to modify or withdraw this offer at any time without prior notice.

    9. Legal Compliance & Service Suspension

    You agree to comply with all applicable central, state, and local laws while using our Services. You assume full responsibility for your use and any resulting legal consequences.

    If Vastukraft Interior And Construction reasonably suspects that your use violates any laws or involves the harassment of consumers or businesses, we reserve the right to:

    • Immediately suspend or terminate your access to the Services. Review your Service settings for compliance. Hold you solely responsible for any resulting legal penalties or sanctions.

    10. Service Modifications

    Vastukraft Interior and Construction reserves the right to add, modify, or discontinue any part of our Services, temporarily or permanently, at any time and for any reason. We are not liable to you or any third party for any changes, suspensions, or discontinuations of the Services.

    11. Miscellaneous Provisions

    a) Modification of Terms

    Vastukraft Interior and Construction reserves the right to modify these Terms or add supplemental conditions at any time. We will communicate these changes to you. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you expressly reject the modifications, these Terms (and your access to the Services) will terminate immediately.


    b) Severability

    If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions will stay in full effect. If deleting a specific portion of an unenforceable clause would make it valid, that portion will be removed while the rest of the clause remains active.


    c) Assignment

    You may not sell, transfer, or assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent. We may, at our discretion, assign our rights to affiliates, subsidiaries, or successors without prior notice to you.


    d) Notices & Communication

    e) Third-Party Rights

    These Terms are strictly between you and Vastukraft Interior and Construction. No third party has the right to enforce any provision contained herein.


    f) Force Majeure

    We are not liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of war, terrorism, riots, labor disputes, government actions, or large-scale internet disturbances.


    g) Entire Agreement

    These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vastukraft Interior and Construction. This document supersedes all prior discussions, emails, or agreements regarding the Services.


    h) Waiver

    If we fail to enforce any right or provision in these Terms, it does not constitute a waiver of that right. A waiver of one breach does not mean a waiver of any future breaches.


    i) Attorney Fees

    If we take legal action against you due to a violation of these Terms, we are entitled to recover all reasonable attorneys' fees and legal costs from you, in addition to any other relief granted by the court.



    j) Confidentiality & Marketing

    You agree to keep all proprietary information confidential unless disclosure is required by law. By using our Services, you authorize us to contact you via email, call, or SMS for promotional purposes. You agree that these communications do not constitute "unsolicited commercial communication" under TRAI guidelines. You agree to indemnify us against any losses resulting from erroneous complaints filed regarding these communications.


    k) Warranties & Liability

    10-year warranty mentioned refers specifically to RCC structural warranties provided by the Vastukraft interior and Construction, governed by a separate Master Agreement.
